LE ROSE DE MADAME (ROSE D'ANJOU A.O.P.)

Grape : 50% gamay, 50% grolleau noir. Hand-picking, direct pressing. Fermentation at specific temperatures (16 – 18°C). Ageing for 4 months in tank. It is a very fruity wine, cool and intense in mouth, medium-dry, better young.
