Red Wines

LES TOURNAILLES (ANJOU ROUGE A.O.P.)

Grape : 100% cabernet franc. Hand-picking, the harvest is entirely stemmed and the maceration lasts 5 to 6 days, followed by a 6 month ageing in tank. It is a fruity red wine better young, up to 2 to 3 years old. To serve slightly cooled, at room temperature (around 14 – 16°C) with red meat, game and cheeses.

LES GONORDES (ANJOU-VILLAGES A.O.P.)

Grape : 100% cabernet franc. Hand-picking, the harvest is entirely stemmed and the maceration lasts 10 to 15 days (at 28 to 30°C). Ageing for 12 months in tank. It is a red wine to keep (up to 15 years), better at room temperature (16 – 18°C) with red meats, game and strong cheeses.
